Payment Terms

Payments are required upfront for all digital marketing services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and any other method specified at the time of agreement. All fees are subject to applicable taxes and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Timeline

SEO results may take 3-6 months to manifest, depending on various factors such as industry competition and website condition. Digital marketing campaign results are contingent on ad performance and ongoing optimization efforts. Clients will receive regular updates on campaign performance and any necessary adjustments to strategy.

Performance Guarantees

While we strive for measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., achieving top Google rankings or a certain number of leads) due to various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to algorithm changes, market conditions, and client engagement. We commit to using industry best practices and maintaining open communication to achieve the best possible results.

Shipping and Delivery

For digital products and services, delivery is considered complete once the product or service has been made accessible to the client. All digital marketing services will be delivered electronically through email or via the client’s account on our platform. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they provide an accurate and accessible email address for communication.

If physical products are involved in the service, shipping will be arranged as per the selected service and delivery option at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as destination, weather conditions, and third-party service providers. While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Upon shipment, the client will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The client is responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability for delivery. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client, they will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the client must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim process.

Exceptions & Disputes

We aim to provide high-quality services. In case you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. Refunds will only be issued under the terms outlined in our Refund Policy, and we reserve the right to review each case individually.
