Refund Policy

General Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued only under specific circumstances outlined below.
• No refunds are given for completed work or services already delivered.

Subscription-Based Services:

• Non-refundable once the month’s services have begun.
• If canceled before the next billing cycle, no future charges will apply, but no partial refunds for the current month.

Project-Based Refunds:

• Refunds may be issued if canceled before significant work is done:
  • If less than 25% completed: 50% refund.
  • If 25-50% completed: 25% refund.
  • Over 50% completed: no refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Setup Fees: Non-refundable once setup has begun.
• Completed Deliverables: Digital assets are non-refundable.
• Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Ad Spend Refunds:

• Unused ad spend may be refunded, minus management fees.
• Used ad spend will not be refunded.
